Council Member Coleman made a <br />motion to refer this bill to the Community and Economic <br />Development Committee and set it for public hearing and third <br />reading on January 13, second ad by Council Member Varner. The <br />motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to set Bill nos. 94 -96 and <br />95 -96 for public hearing and third reading on January 13, and <br />refer them to the Zoning and Annexation Committee, seconded by <br />Council Member Luecke.
