This final Official Statement includes the numbers resulting from the bond sale. Upon a m®tg®n by 1l~dre lFewell, sec®nded by 1lRro RTroblewsl~a and unanunously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 79 approving an Official Statement relating to the issuance of the South Fend Redevelopment Authority Taxable Lease Rental Acquisition and Refunding Revenue Fonds of 1993. Authority approval requested for Resolution No 80 approving the execution of an Addendum to the Lease for the Airport Economic Development Area Taxable and Public Improvement Project. 1l~Irs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 80 adds one property to the acquisition list in the Lease, The property to be added is approximately BO acres of land near the west ramp of the Indiana Toll Road. We will be using some of the proceeds from the refunded bond to pay for it. iTpon a motion by IVIr. Fewell, seconded by i~ir. i~Vroblewslzi and unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 80 approving the execution of an Addendum to the Lease for the Airport Economic Development Area Taxable and Public Improvement Project. 4.
