The petitioner plans to redevelop the property at 321 W. Wayne Street into a <br /> restaurant and family entertainment space. Also, the building will provide office and working <br /> spaces for Indiana Landmarks and South Bend Trade Works. <br /> The total investment for this project is approximately $2,500,000.
