The scope of work is to pour foundation slabs for three new duplex units from <br />the City’s pre-approved housing construction plans. <br />Quotes were solicited from Tony Ruiz Construction (TRCC LLC), Richard Custom Concrete, and <br />Peddlers Consulting. No quotes were received. In accordance with Indiana State Code, the <br />project was procured in the Open Market. <br />Mike’s Concrete & Construction was solicited to provide a quote and was able to provide an Open <br />Market quote in the amount of $8,320 for each of the three locations. Their quote is complete and <br />responsive, addressing all requirements of the original quote request. <br />I recommend award of an open market contract for 123-062J 619 Sherman Ave. TIF Project – <br />Foundation to Mike’s Concrete & Construction, in the amount of $8,320.00.
