REGULAR MEETING September 23, 2024 <br /> Erik Horvath, Public Works Director with offices on the 131h floor of the County-City Building, <br /> stated that the legal description for Substitute Bill No. 45-24 had been corrected to better describe <br /> the vacation. <br /> Steven Woolley, petitioner, 902 South Michigan Street, South Bend IN 46601, stated that vacating <br /> the alleys would allow for more space on his property. <br /> Councilmember Lee held the public hearing, and nobody spoke. <br /> Councilmember Tomas Morgan stated that Substitute Bill No. 45-24 was submitted before the new <br /> alley vacation requirements were enacted. <br /> Councilmember Warner stated that both of these alleys are referred to as paper alleys.
