REGULAR MEETING July 22, 2024 <br /> Charlotte Pfeifer,Board Member of 466 Works, 1013 W Washington Street, South Bend IN 46601 <br /> spoke in support of the resolution. Charlotte Pfeifer stated that one (1) of the homes will be built <br /> by the students of Riley High School which is in the same neighborhood. <br /> Ann Mannix, 724 W Washington Street, South Bend IN 46601 spoke in support of the resolution <br /> and stated that people are excited for these homes. Ann Mannix stated that over fifty precent(50%) <br /> of the appilcants of these homes are in the low income bracket. Ann Mannix broke down how <br /> much each home costs. <br /> Councilmember Lee held the public hearing and nobody spoke. <br /> Councilmember Warner thanked 466 Works for their investment in this neighborhood.
