ORDINANCE NO. 119q-g3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />1983 SALARY ORDINANCE NO.7080 -82 <br />FIXING THE MAXIMUM SALARY FOR <br />VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR IN THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to coordinate a Volunteer program for <br />the City of South Bend, it is necessary to have a Volunteer <br />Coordinator. This will be a part -time position and will begin <br />after July 1, 1983. <br />Funds for this position are available through <br />General Revenue Sharing and a grant from the Junior League. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the position of Volunteer <br />Coordinator be included in the amended 1983 salary ordinance <br />under the Department of Administration and Finance. <br />SECTION II. That the maximum salary for the <br />Volunteer Coordinator be ,6,000 for the year 1983. <br />SECTION III.
