Customer Obligations: Customer agrees to give Asscher <br />Roofing LLC free access to the real property to the extent <br />necessary for it to complete the work. Customer shall not <br />cause or permit any interference with Asscher Roofing LLC’s <br />ability to complete the work. Customer understands that <br />Asscher Roofing LLC may need to store construction <br />materials on the premises, use the customer’s utilities, and <br />bring any heavy equipment onto the property necessary to <br />complete the job. Customer agrees to arrange for the <br />identification of any underground utilities before Asscher <br />Roofing LLC performs any digging if required. Customer <br />agrees to remove or secure any personal property before <br />Asscher Roofing LLC commences work. Customer shall hold <br />Asscher Roofing LLC harmless from any and all damage to <br />customer’s personal property, including but not limited to <br />drywall, plaster, decorations, or interior fixes, unless caused <br />by Asscher Roofing LLC’s negligence. Asscher Roofing LLC <br />is not responsible for re-adjusting satellite dishes or for nail <br />pops in sheetrock that could occur during installation. <br />Customer Signature : <br />Signature Date <br />Note: This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted <br />within days. <br />Warranties: All materials are guaranteed to be as specified. All <br />work is to be completed according to standard practices. Any <br />alterations or deviations from the scope of work will become <br />an additional charge over and above the estimate. All <br />agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays <br />beyond our control. A four-year workmanship warranty is <br />provided.(NO WARRANTY ON REPAIRS) Asscher Roofing <br />LLC expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, whether <br />express, implied or oral, including any implied warranties or <br />merchantability, habitability, workmanship, or fitness for a <br />particular purpose. <br />Contractor Signature: <br />Signature Date <br />Date: <br />Notice of Cancellation You may cancel this contract by mailing, delivering, or submitting by electronic mail a signed <br />and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice to (name of real property improvement <br />supplier) at (address of real property improvement supplier’s place of business), or (electronic mail address <br />described in section 10(a)(2)(A) or 10(a)(2)(B)(iii) [IC 24- 5-11-10(a)(2)(A) or IC 24-5-11-10(a)(2)(B)(iii)] of this <br />chapter), at any time before midnight on the third business day after the later of the following: (A) The date this <br />contract is signed by you and (name of real property improvement supplier). (B) If applicable, the date you receive <br />written notification from your insurance company of a final determination as to whether all or any part of your claim <br />or this contract is a covered loss under your insurance policy. If you cancel this contract, any payments made by <br />you under the contract will be returned to you within ten (10) business days following receipt by (name of real <br />property improvement supplier) of your cancellation notice, minus any amounts you may owe for work already done <br />by (name of real property improvement supplier).
