ORDINANCE NO. 7/ �;I -8,3 <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND (702 S. Michigan Street) <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. <br />Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the following <br />described real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. <br />5565 -73, as amended, to wit: <br />(Lot 8 Ex NE Cor Bronsons Survey) <br />The improvements located upon said land can be <br />commonly described as (702 S.
