1. FREG Stephenson shall allow the University to install not more than two (2) cameras on the Prope1iy in locations determined by FREG Stephenson to document the Project progress. Any such equipment shall be temporarily secured on the Prope1iy in a manner that shall not create substantial or permanent damage or impact to the Prope1iy. The University shall be responsible to FREG Stephenson for any damages to the Prope1iy directly related to the installation, operation or removal of the camera(s).
