REGULAR MEETING MARCH 24, 1997 <br />BILL NO. 26 -97 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Pfeifer made a <br />motion to refer this bill to the Personnel and Finance Committee <br />and set it for public hearing and third reading on April 14, <br />seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />David Small, 925 W. Washington, spoke about the shabby railroad <br />station we have in South Bend, indicating it was an <br />embarrassment.
