Authority a~roval reauested for Certification concerning insurance and tax liability for <br />the 1992 Pazking Facilities Project. (St. Joseph/Wayne Streets Pazking Garage) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Certification concerning insurance and tax liability for the <br />1992 Pazking Facilities Project. Authorityapproval requested for Certification concerning insurance and tax liability for <br />the South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Proiect. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Certification concerning insurance and tax liability for the <br />South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project. <br />4.
