BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. a03 $ _ ,? y( <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $299,918.00 <br />BE'T'WEEN ACCOUNTS, THE ACCOUNTS BEING <br />WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The Jobs Bill application submitted to the Dept. of Housing and Urban <br />Development outlined specific funds for Western Avenue projects. A part of <br />that project, the Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Fund, will not be required <br />by the anticipated ending date of Jobs Bill funds. <br />The Studebaker Corridor project outlined in the 1984 CDBG application is <br />planned for the 1984 construction season and should be completed within the <br />Jobs Bill funds timetable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I.
