Z3 3 Z4 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $390,000.00 BETWEEN <br />ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The 1984 Corrrrunity Development Block Grant program previously <br />appropriated funds planned for economic development activities to the 1984 <br />Unspecified Local Option fund. This transfer would make funds available for the <br />Economic Development Capital Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Comuon Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $390,000.00 is hereby transferred between <br />accounts as set forth below: <br />Reduce the following accounts: <br />Project No. Description Amount <br />Program Year 1984 Unspecified Local Option $390,000.00 <br />Increase the following accounts: <br />Project No. Description Amount <br />CD84 -606.3 Economic Development Capital $390,000.00 <br />Fund A/R Inc. <br />SECTION II.
