Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance <br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of <br />the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana: <br />All of Block Lettered "A" as shown on the recorded Plat of Garden <br />Village Second Unit Addition, in the City of South Bend, together <br />with that part of a 7 foot vacated alley, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point 136 feet !nest of the <br />Northeast corner of Lot No. 1010 as shown on the recorded Plat <br />of LaSalle Park Second Addition to the City of South Bend; thence <br />South 90 feet; thence West 7 feet; thence North 170 feet; thence <br />Ea;t 7 feet; thence South 80 feet to the point of beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby established as "D" Light Industrial "E" Height and Area. <br />Section 2.
