AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 21, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly.known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 24 of Bank Outlots to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which point also being the Northwest corner of the intersection of Washington Street and William Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, thence East sixty -six feet to the point of beginning which is the Northeast corner of the intersection of Washington Street and William Street, thence East 426.5 feet along the North line of Washington Street to the westerly line of St. James Court, thence North along the westerly line of St. James Court to the South line of Colfax Street, thence West along the South line of Colfax Street 426.36 feet to the East line of William Street, then South along the East line of William.: Street to the North line of Washington Street and the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as "A -3 Mixed Use Multi- family Residential and Commercial ", "F- Height and Area."
