Authority approval reauested for Proposal from Bonar & Associates. Inc. for feasibility
study in the Airport Economic Development Area.
Mrs. Kolata explained that Bonar ~i Assoicates, Inc. has proposed to do a study in the
corporate park area to look at constructing a wetland. There is a low area within the
corporate center and we would like to use that area for storm water drainage rather than
constructing a number of retention basisns. For a cost of $2,800 plus reimbursables
Bonar would study the feasibility of that plan.
Mrs. Kolata noted that the proposal includes provision for a late fee to be assessed if
payment is made after thirty days. We would strike that sentence.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Proposal from Bonar & Associates, Inc. , as amended, for
feasibility study in the Airport Economic Development Area.
e.
