ORDINANCE NO. 73.3/- ?5/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $260,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS821, IRONWOOD - IRELAND RETENTION BASIN, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER.BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to control some of the water flow in Clyde Creek, <br />it is necessary to expand the Ironwood - Ireland retention basin. <br />Funds are now needed for construction costs for this <br />improvement. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building <br />and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and set apart out of the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />Project No. <br />821 <br />Project Title <br />Ironwood- Ireland <br />Retention Basin <br />Total Project <br />Amount <br />$ 260,000.00 <br />$ 260,000.00 <br />Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />r F Wl` / <br />• - • • �T, • <br />W READING <br />PUBLIC HEAPING <br />2nd READING <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED <br />
