ORDINANCE NO. 73.3/- ?5/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $260,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS821, IRONWOOD - IRELAND RETENTION BASIN, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER.BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to control some of the water flow in Clyde Creek, <br />it is necessary to expand the Ironwood - Ireland retention basin. <br />Funds are now needed for construction costs for this <br />improvement.
