ORDINANCE NO. 7334 -9f 4/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $400,000.00 FROM <br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT <br />R &S 8401 1984 RESURFACING PROJECT, WITHIN <br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and to <br />provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles, certain street <br />improvements are necessary. These improvements include resurfacing <br />and other street repairs on various streets within the City of <br />South Bend. <br />Funds are now needed to pay for the costs of these improvements. <br />These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund <br />for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
