ORDINANCE NO. 73,;? i- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL <br />ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 8403, TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring various intersections within South Bend up <br />to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs and to <br />provide the public with a safer roadway, certain improvements have <br />been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed for the engineering costs for this improve- <br />ment.
