NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Plans and Specifications for <br />Blackthorn Golf Course Maintenance Building. <br />b: Authority approval requested for Proposal from Cole Associates for <br />professional services in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Cole Associates is replatting all the land we've <br />purchased in the Airport Economic Development Area. The proposal includes <br />the survey work, drawings, writing legal descriptions, taking it through the <br />Area Plan Commission, as well as paying the filing fees. The amount of the <br />contract is $4,200. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Proposal from Cole <br />Associates for professional services in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />4.
