REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 9,1998 <br />BILL NO. 101 -98 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING ARTICLE 2 OF <br />CHAPTER 17 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO PRETREATMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE <br />USE OF THE PUBLIC SEWERS <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Sniadecki made a <br />motion to refer this bill to the Utilities Committee and set it <br />for public hearing and third reading on November 23, seconded by <br />Council Member Hosinski. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 102 -98 A BILL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />COMMON COUNCIL APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF A LEASE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND <br />EQUIPPING OF A NEW FIRE STATION AND THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ROOF FOR THE CITY'S <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING AND REGARDING <br />CERTAIN RELATED MATTERS <br />This bill had frist reading. Council Member Varner made a motion <br />to refer this bill to the Public Works and Property Vacation <br />Committee and set it for public hearing and third reading on <br />November 23, seconded by Council Member Pfeifer.
