Authorit~avuroval requested for Resolution No. 72 approving the Fifth <br />Amendment to Lease with the Redevelot~ment Commission for nronerty <br />located in the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 72 amends the Lease for the SBCDA <br />Public Improvement Project bond issue by taking out one piece of property <br />that was transferred to the City of South Bend in Resolution No. 71, and <br />subsequently transferred to Southhold Restorations. <br />4.
