This is a tripping hazard and because of settling <br />it is not draining away from the house but into the house. He is planning on going on both sides of the <br />house and connecting to the garage on the north side of the house and connecting to the existing <br />sidewalk at first joint at top of stairs in the front of the house. Putting in new stairs to the porch as those <br />are cracked as well. On the south side of the house he is going to run the side walk down and repair the <br />window wells as it is not draining off but rather just running into the basement when it rains. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
