REGULAR MEETING MAY 26, 1998 <br />ADDRESSING TATTOO, BODY PIERCING, SCARIFYING AND <br />BRANDING ESTABLISHMENTS <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Kelly made a motion <br />to refer this bill to Area Plan, seconded by Council Member <br />Aranowski. The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Aranowski made a motion to set Bill No. 37 -98 for <br />public hearing and third reading on June 8, seconded by Council <br />Member Kelly.
