The positions are part of the activities outlined in the Jobs Bill application. The three(3) positions listed under the Bureau of Housing are necessary in order to conduct the Neighborhood Paint -Up, repair, weatherization program and would be available approximately 10 weeks in calendar year 1983 and approximately 12 to 14 weeks in calendar year 1984. The Youth Service Bureau park supervisor position would be filled during the summer months in both 1983 and 1984. The Rent -A -Teen Coordinator position is planned as a full -time twelve month position. We have proposed the salary ot, wages at levels we feel are consistent with existing city positions and yet enable us to recruit people capable of performing the work.
