The activities and amounts are as they appeared in the <br />"Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and Projected Use of Funds <br />Appropriations Act." <br />Although we have been on an accelerated schedule, by necessity, the <br />projects have been developed in a manner consistent with the intent of the <br />legislation; rapid disbursement of the funds and to the extent practicable, <br />job creation for those unemployed 15 of the 26 weeks prior to March 24, 1983. <br />Should you have any questions prior to my review with the appropriate <br />Council committee, please don't hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Colleen Rosenfeld <br />Director <br />CR /ed <br />cc: Jon Hunt <br />
