EXHIBIT "A" <br />Requested Services <br />1. Drafting of all documents related to and necessary for the completion of the <br />Projects in the Areas pursuant to the Development Plans. The services provided <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the Airport Economic Development Area, <br />for projects established pursuant to the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan, and the South Bend Central Development Area, for projects <br />established pursuant to the South Bend Central Development Area Development <br />Plan. <br />2. Review and approval of documents prepared by others related to the Projects in <br />the South Bend Airport Economic Development and the South Bend Central <br />Development Areas pursuant to the Development Plans of each. <br />3. Consult with and advise members of the Department concerning legal issues <br />related to Projects in the Areas pursuant to the Development Plans. <br />4. Review documents prepared for the real estate transactions of the Commission <br />and to prepare such additional documents as are necessary to complete the closing <br />of those real estate transactions. <br />5. Represent the Commission at its meetings. <br />6. Other services and items deemed TIF eligible by the Commission as assigned by <br />the Contract Administrator. <br />11 <br />
