ORDINANCE 110.. -7a /� AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR OPERATION OF THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU RUNAWAY SHELTER. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: The Common Council of the City of South Bend desires to continue the operation of the Youth Service Bureau Runaway Shelter during the period July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984. Funding sources for the Shelter include the Department of Health and Human Services, Runaway Youth Act; Indiana Office of Social Services; the St. Joseph County Department of Public Welfare; and pri- vate donations. It is necessary that sums be appropriated for the continued operation of the Shelter, using funds received from these sources. NOW, FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,: SECTION I. For the expenses of the Shelter of the Youth Service Bureau for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1984, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from fund 73. The sums herein ap- propriated shall be deemed to include all expenditures authorized to be made in said year and shall be distributed as set forth below: SHELTER HOUSE BUDGET 7 -1 -83 through 6 -3o -84 ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION 0110.0 Salaries & Wages = 66,799. 0147.0 Group Insurance = 1,920. 0148.0 Social Security = 4,476. 0148.1 PERF = 4,008. TOTAL 100's 0261.0 Other Supplies = 10,000. TOTAL 200's 0323.0 Telephone = 2,237. 0350.0 Utilities = 3,080. 0379.0 Rents = 4,912. 0399.0 Contractual Services = 21093. 1M �- $77,203. $10,000. T'OT'AL 300's $12,322. TOTAL SHELTER BUDGET $99,525. SECTION II.
