WHEREAS, the Commission hereby determines that the disposition of the Furniture to <br />DTSB without compensation is in the best interests of the residents of the Area and in <br />furtherance of the Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission now desires to authorize Scott Ford, or his designee, to <br />approve such documents as may be necessary to effect the transfer of the Furniture to DTSB; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission as follows: <br />1. The Commission hereby approves the disposition of the Furniture to DTSB without <br />compensation. <br />2. The Commission hereby authorizes Scott Ford, or his designee, to execute such <br />documents as may be necessary, on the advice of legal counsel, to effect the transfer of the <br />Furniture to DTSB pursuant to Indiana Code 36 -7 -14 -12.2. <br />3.
