Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The January 21, 1993. Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />4:29 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Mr. Joseph W. Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Donald K. Fewell, Secretary <br />Members Absent: <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />Media: <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Annual Organizational Meetine of Thursday. <br />January 7. 1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Annual Organizational <br />Meeting of January 21, 1993. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval reauested for Fourth Amendment to Lease with the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission for property located in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (SBCDA Public Improvement Project) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this amendment is related to the 1990 TIF bond <br />sold to make improvements in the downtown, East Bank and Monroe Park. <br />-1- <br />
