ORDINANCE NO. 12 0 — 93 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 822, ANGELA BOULEVARD STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE CUMULA- TIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to improve drainage at Angela Boulevard near Hillcrest certain storm drainage improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed for the construction costs for these improvements. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
