ORDINANCE N0. -7 ;a c1 q -X3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $400,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 8302, <br />1983 RESURFACING PROJECT, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD <br />AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order. to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and to <br />provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles, certain street <br />improvements are necessary.
