ORDINANCE NO. "% ab'R A31 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,500.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 8303, LINCOLNWAY WEST TRACK REPAIR, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to bring the Lincolnway West rail crossing up to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs certain improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed for construction costs for these improve- ments. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: PROJECT NO.
