'7,2(37—kg <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $85,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS821, IRONWOOD- IRELAND RETENTION BASIN, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to control some of the water flow in Clyde Creek, <br />it is necessary to expand the Ironwood-Ireland retention basin. <br />Funds are now needed for.right -of -way costs for this <br />improvement. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer <br />Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I:. The following sum of money is hereby <br />Appropriated and set apart out of the Cumulative Sewer Building <br />and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
