Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The January 7, 1993, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />4:07 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Donald Fewell, Secretary <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier, Chief Deputy City Attorney <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs.. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br /> <br />Others: Ms. Joanne Harper, Chief Dep. City Clerk <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS BY THE CITY CLERK MRS. <br />IRENE GAMMON <br />Ms. Joanne Harper, Chief Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the <br />following Authority members: Joseph W. Wroblewski, Andre B. Gammage, and <br />Donald K. Fewell. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Manier, Chief Deputy City Attorney, conducted the Election of Officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Gammage nominated Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President of the <br />Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Fewell seconded the nomination. There were no <br />additional nominations. The vote being unanunous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected <br />President for 1993. <br />It <br />-1- <br />
