ORDINANCE NO. 701= <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING <br />$120,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT 222.0 <br />GASOLINE TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS <br />WITHIN THE BUREAU OF BUILDING <br />MAINTENANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional monies are needed to complete centralized communications. <br />Monies are available in the gasoline account within the Bureau of Building <br />Maintenance which will not be needed in 1983. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That $120,000.00 be transferred within the Bureau <br />of Building Maintenance as set forth below: <br />The following account be reduced: <br />222.0 <br />Gasoline <br />The following account be increased: <br />399.0 <br />431.0 <br />Other Contractuals <br />Radio Equipment <br />$120,000.00 <br />$105,000.00 <br />$ 15,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
