REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 25, 1999 <br />BILL NO. 81 -99 A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 705 LINCOLNWAY EAST <br />IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />2. COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME UPDATE <br />Council President Coleman advised that the Council will receive the next update <br />from the College Football Hall of Fame on November 22, 1999. <br />3. MAKIELSKI FAMILY RECEPTION <br />Council President Coleman announced that the Makielski Family will be host of a <br />reception to be held on November 5, 1999 at the Northern Indiana Center for <br />History. <br />4.
