Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />President <br />The December 3, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority <br />was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. <br />There was a quorum present. <br />1. October 27, 1992. <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Don Fewell, Secretary <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist <br />Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of <br />the Special Meeting of Tuesday, October 27, 1992. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Contract with Cole <br />Associates for professional services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Manier explained that the proposal from Cole Associates <br />is for services related to the maintenance building being <br />located on the west side of the site. In involves <br />coordination between the City and I & M for the relocation <br />of I & M power lines, as well as sitescaping and drainage. <br />The fee is based on an hourly rate, not to exceed <br />$8,100.00. <br />i• <br />Mr. Gammage asked if we already <br />Associates for work in the area. <br />we have a contract with them for <br />etc., in the project area.
