REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 28, 1999 <br />BILL NO. 45-99 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND ESTABLISHING TWO ADDITIONAL <br />FUNDS IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Councilmember Kelly made a motion to continue this bill until the July 12, 1999 meeting of the <br />Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember King seconded the motion which carried. <br />BILL NO. 46-99 A BILL AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM CERTAIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACCOUNT FUNDS INTO <br />OTHER CDBG ACCOUNTS <br />Councilmember Kelly made a motion to continue this bill until the July 26, 1999 meeting of the <br />Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Hosinski seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />RISE AND REPORT <br />Council President Coleman made a motion to rise and report to the full Council.
