REGULAR MEETING JUNE 28, 1999 BILL NO. 45-99 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ESTABLISHING TWO ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA Councilmember Kelly made a motion to continue this bill until the July 12, 1999 meeting of the Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember King seconded the motion which carried. BILL NO. 46-99 A BILL AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CERTAIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACCOUNT FUNDS INTO OTHER CDBG ACCOUNTS Councilmember Kelly made a motion to continue this bill until the July 26, 1999 meeting of the Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Hosinski seconded the motion which carried. RISE AND REPORT Council President Coleman made a motion to rise and report to the full Council.
