REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 14, 1999 <br />BILL NO. 45-99 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND ESTABLISHING TWO ADDITIONAL <br />FUNDS IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />This bill had first reading. Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion to refer this bill to the Community <br />& Economic Development Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on June 28, <br />1999. Councilmember Aranowski seconded the motion which carried. <br />BILL NO. 46-99 A BILL AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM CERTAIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACCOUNT FUNDS INTO <br />OTHER CDBG ACCOUNTS <br />This bill had first reading. Councilmember Kelly made a motion to refer this bill to the Community <br />& Economic Development Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on June 28, <br />1999. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried. <br />BILL NO. 47 -99 A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1613 W. DUNHAM, IN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />This bill had first reading. Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion to refer this bill to the Area Plan <br />Commission.
