Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The September 29, 1992, <br />Authority was called to <br />Wroblewski. There was <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Special Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />order at 11:56 a.m. by its President, Joseph <br />a quorum present. <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Don Fewell, Secretary <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />a. Authoritv approval requested for Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting of Thursday September 10. 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of <br />the Special Meeting of Thursday, September 10, 1992. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authoritx approval requested for Resolution No. 67 approving <br />the transfer of real property from the St. Joseph County <br />Airport Authoritv. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the St. Joseph County Airport <br />Authority adopted a resolution agreeing to convey to the <br />Redevelopment Authority the land they own upon which <br />Blackthorn Golf Course will be built. They own <br />approximately 189 acres of the 260 acres being used to build <br />the golf course. They will convey that land to the <br />Redevelopment Authority for a minimal amount of money and an <br />agreement by which the golf course profits will be equally <br />divided between the Airport Authority and the Redevelopment <br />Authority. We expect to have an agreement ready for <br />adoption by the end of the week. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
