ORDINANCE NO. _9-3 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $32,500.00 FROM THE CITY CEMETERY TRUST FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR CAPITAL REPAIRS AND STRUCTURES. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to protect the wrought iron fence around the city cemetery, it is necessary to install a guardrail along LaPorte Avenue and Walnut Street. Monies are'also needed for repair of the fence. Funds are available in the City Cemetery. Trust Fund for capital repairs and construction. NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That'$32,500.00 is hereby appropriated from the City Cemetery Trust Fund.. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Cemeteries and will be distributed as set forth below: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 360.0 Buildings & Structures Repair 2,500.00 417.0 Other Structures 30,000.00 Total $32,500.00 SECTION II.
