Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br /> <br />The October 2, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority <br />was called to order at 3:34 p.m. by its President, Joseph <br />Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no Minutes. <br />3. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Grant for Perpetual <br />Easement. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that we vacated some alleys for the <br />Briarwood Development housing project that is being built in <br />Monroe Park. There is a house next to one of the alleys <br />that needs to use a portion of one of the alleys to get to <br />their garage. This easement allows them to do that. It <br />doesn't interfere with the project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. <br />unanimously carried, <br />Perpetual Easement. <br />4.
