ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $43,800.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR THE 1984 SUMMER CLEAN -UP PROGRAM. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Funds are needed for equipment and supplies for the 1984 Summer Clean -Up Program. Personnel costs will be paid through the JTPA program. Monies are available within the General Revenue Sharing Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That the sum of $43,800.00 is hereby appropriated for tfie year 1984 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly referred to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
