This schedule includes both this Early Release Work, the work of the previously Early Release, and the future work of the project that is not included in either Early Release. The Construction Manager's Fee plus the Cost of Work, both as defined in the Agreement, for the scope of this Early Release Work is guaranteed by the Construction Manager not to exceed Four Million, Sixty -Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($4,069,545.00,), subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents.
