All rights reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />2) ADD Schematic Design for Madison Lifestyle District. <br /> <br />1. American Structurepoint would cover the Architecture, Interior Design, Structural (scope below) <br />and Civil/Site (garage footprint only) with consultants handling MEP/FP (Millies Engineering Group – <br />scope below) and Functional Parking (THA) <br />a. Structural – Schematic Design: <br />i. Participate in regularly scheduled design team meetings and/or work sessions, <br />including a project kickoff meeting with design team members to coordinate the <br />project requirements virtually or within 50 miles of American Structurepoint’s office <br />ii. Perform a review of project specific design requirements <br />iii. Prepare loading data and design criteria. <br />iv. Review the recommendations from the project geotechnical investigation and <br />coordinate review with the project geotechnical consultant (if available, otherwise <br />scope moved to later phase) <br />v. Work with Design-Assist Precast Manufacturer to develop pre-cast bid package <br />vi. Provide a design deliverable at the conclusion of Schematic Design to convey the <br />structural framing system for consideration by the project team. This deliverable <br />will be comprised of a written Basis of Design and Structural Narrative <br />supplemented with sketches or drawings as necessary. <br />vii. Assist with cost estimate (if conducted) by coordinating the requirements of the <br />Schematic Design Deliverable with the cost estimator and provide a review of the <br />completed cost estimate. <br />b. MEP/FP – Millies Engineering: <br /> <br /> <br />b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in <br />accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />c.
