<br />The second low bid from Green Demolition is complete and responsive. Green Demolition
<br />acknowledged Addendum 1, met both the M/WBE goals, and are prequalified as a Reponsible
<br />Bidder for the City of South Bend.
<br />I recommend award of the Base Bid, Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 for Drewry's Brewery
<br />Cleanup, Phase II to Green Demolition, in the amount of $963,600. Funding is available
<br />through PR-00034202.
