Total $75,804.43 <br />Note: <br />Old roofing material is transferred straight to the dumpster; keeping the ground clean & saving landscaping using the 'new <br /> roof no mess' process. This is done with the "equipter roofing buggy" <br />-Roof will be ensured to be water tight at night <br />-Roof will be stripped and new installed in sections to limit rain weather liability. <br />-CertainTeed Local Reprehensive Curtis Meyer to meet on site to verify all installation practices followed. <br />-Approximately a 3 week project <br />-Property to be organized & clean and landscaping protected <br />-Gutters removed as necessary, steel valleys installed with open cut on both sides. <br />-Cast Iron pipes to be cut at roof deck and PVC retrofit installed with lifetime boot <br />-If possible, recommendation to change box vents to ultimate bath/dryer vents for $95/unit upgrade <br />-Copper roof over sunroom stays as is. <br />-Steel roof over garage stays as is. <br /> <br /> TERMS <br /> * Estimate expires after 40 days unless signed by customer. <br /> * 30% down payment at signing and remainder amount due upon completion of roofing project. <br /> * Any bad roof decking needing to be replaced will be a charge of $4.48 per sq ft. Any additional labor <br /> for structural work or miscellaneous if needed, will be a change order. <br /> * 10 year non pro-rated warranty on shingle material; pro-rating warranty after 10 years (lifetime warranty) <br /> * 10 year in house labor warranty on all installation workmanship against leaking, blow offs, and sliding.
