The Division of Engineering has reviewed the <br />subject quote(s) and found the documentation to be complete except that the quotes received <br />exceeded the quotation threshold for public work. <br /> <br />The Bid Ranked as follows: <br /> <br />QUOTE SUMMARY – BASE QUOTE <br />Bidder / Vendor Base Quote <br />1. The lone, Base Quotation received for Project No. 124-045 <br />Sewer Repair – Bendix and Westmoor Intersection exceeded the $150,000 threshold for <br />quotation work. The quote received also exceeded anticipated costs for the sewer repair project. <br />At the pricing received, it would have triggered MBE and WBE requirements. Public Works will <br />re-quote the project. <br /> <br />Funding for this project is directed out of the Sewage Works Operations – Other Contractual <br />Services Account 641-06-602-509-439001. <br /> <br />For questions regarding the award recommendation, contact Jacob M.
